Leading and implementing the project titled E-Justice Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Scheme, which was selected among projects funded by the European Commission. The project's objective is to launch an open digital model of future standard e-justice/ODR processes, verify what is possible, feasible and sustainable against existing projects, and identify new services related to future approaches to e-justice/ODR and their new management. This is a groundbreaking project that represents the first step towards creating an open environment for online dispute resolution processes that could be used in all EU member states and possibly worldwide. The project has a fundamental intellectual property aspect, as new governance rules are being created for access to the ODR system, its maintenance and modifications, including intellectual property management, open licenses and a code of conduct for intellectual property for ODR platforms that use the system.
