Katerina is an attorney at law at PRK Partners specialising in general corporate law, M&A and competition law with in-depth experience in intellectual property law.
Katerina obtained her Master’s degree (Mgr.) in 2005 from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. In 2007, she obtained an LL.M. degree in International and European Commercial Law from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
Katerina joined PRK Partners in 2007. During her 2014-2015 legal practice, she spent six months working in the corporate department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Attorneys, in London. In 2011 she was admitted as an attorney at law to the Czech Bar Association.
Katerina has participated in a number of local and international M&A transactions in recent years as well as provided related competition law advice. She regularly advises clients on antitrust matters and contributes to a number of legal platforms, including Thomson Reuters Practical law.
In addition to her native Czech, Katerina is fluent in English and Slovak.
