Klára is an attorney at PRK Partners. In her legal practice, she has long focused on providing legal services to both Czech and foreign entities. She has extensive experience in project management and in setting strategic procedures, always with an emphasis on safeguarding the interests of clients. She specializes in real estate law, contractual obligations, civil and commercial law, and litigation, and has extensive experience in conducting court proceedings and in determining strategy in both contentious and commercial matters.
She further specializes in administrative justice. She also has extensive practice in intellectual property law, including copyright, as well as in advertising law and consumer protection legislation, providing legal advice in particular to large multinational retail companies operating in the Czech Republic. She has also participated in projects in the energy sector. Last but not least, she has devoted herself to guardianship matters, in which she has practical experience, and is of the opinion that legislative changes are needed in this area to ensure the protection of children from violence.
Klára provides legal advice to entities in both the public and private sectors. She received her Master’s degree from the University of West Bohemia in 2003, earning her doctorate from the same institution three years later when she was also admitted to the Czech Bar Association.
Klára worked with PRK Partners at the outset of her career and after earning a wealth of experience at major international and Czech law offices and her own private practice, she once again joined PRK Partners in 2022.
Besides her native Czech, Klára speaks fluent English and has a basic knowledge of German.
