Silvia Kratochvilova is an attorney at law at PRK Partners specialising mainly in corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and intellectual property law.

Silvia graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. She was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney-at-law in 2011. In 2012 she earned her Doctorate degree (JUDr.).

Before joining PRK Partners in 2007, Silvia interned in the legal department of an international insurance company. While at PRK Partners, Silvia has assisted clients from various business sectors, mainly in corporate and M&A, commercial law, intellectual property law and insolvency.

Silvia is fluent in Slovak, Czech and English.
