Silvia Kratochvilova is an attorney at law at PRK Partners specialising mainly in corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, public procurement, intellectual property law, information technology and communication law, and cybersecurity.
Silvia graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. She was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney-at-law in 2011. In 2012 she earned her Doctorate degree (JUDr.). Since 2023, she has been working as an external doctoral student at the Institute of Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law of Comenius University in Bratislava.
Before joining PRK Partners in 2007, Silvia interned in the legal department of an international insurance company. While at PRK Partners, Silvia has assisted clients from various business sectors, mainly in corporate and M&A, commercial law, intellectual property law, information technology and communication law, cybersecurity and public procurement.
