In cooperation with lead counsel Luthers Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, PRK Partners was engaged in Matthews International Corporation‘s USD 45 million acquisition of German based OLBRICH GmbH and R+S Automotive GmbH, in particularly on Czech aspects of the transaction. The deal was signed in June 2022 and is expected to be closed in July 2022 subject to certain regulatory authority approvals. Senior partner Jan Kohout led a team consisting of Illia Antonov, Jan Bürger, Matej Danek, Norbert Hink, Jakub Kacerek, Shiyang Zhang and Bohdan Zubac.
