Norbert Hink is an attorney at law at PRK Partners specialising in banking and finance, general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law.
Norbert obtained a Master’s law degree (Mgr.) in 2002 from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague and Master’s degree in international relations (Ing.) from the University of Economics in Prague (2003). He joined PRK Partners in 2003 as an associate. He was admitted as an attorney at law to the Czech Bar Association in 2006.
Norbert was loaned for two years in 2007-2010 to work as an in-house lawyer at a Czech bank belonging to the group of a renowned Austrian bank, where he worked on real-estate project investments and divestments and provided legal support in related financing and corporate matters.
Norbert has extensive knowledge related to providing legal advisory services to Czech and foreign banks in connection with project, acquisition and corporate financing. As part of private-law recodification projects, Norbert has provided legal advice on amendments and adjustments to bank loan and security documentation to comply with the new legislation. In his legal practice, Norbert focuses on regulatory issues, notably regulation of the banking business, payment service providers and exchange offices.
In addition to his native Czech, Norbert is fluent in English and has a good working command of Russian.
