We provide German-speaking clients from Germany, Austria and Switzerland with comprehensive legal and tax advice. This includes support in various areas such as M&A, corporate, real-estate, banking, public procurement, insolvency and restructurings, judicial and arbitration proceedings and tax.
Our team consists of 15 attorneys who are either native German speakers or have an excellent command of German, including three partners: Marek Prochazka, Vaclav Bily and Monika Maskova.
PRK is a member of the Czech-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and a member of the HST Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Czech Republic, of which our partner Marek Prochazka has been President for a number of years.
We work in partnership with leading law firms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, to which we can turn if our clients need external advice. This allows us to provide top-level, sophisticated legal solutions in cross-border assignments.
