Michal Sylla is an Associate Partner specializing in dispute resolution, general corporate law, banking and finance. He holds a Master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In 2002-2003 he studied at the faculty of law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in Germany.
Michal joined PRK Partners as an associate in 2009. He was admitted to the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law in 2012. He is the bar association’s representative in the Collegium of Experts for the execution of judgments of the European Court for Human Rights. He is fluent in Czech, German and English.
Michal represents clients before ordinary courts at all levels, as well as in arbitration proceedings. He specializes in class actions and defending against them, which is why he was engaged in various stages of the legislative process in the drafting of the Law on Civil Class Proceedings.
