Vaclav Bily is a Partner at PRK Partners specialising in banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring, compliance, corporate law and real estate law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and joined PRK Partners as an associate in 1996.

In 2000, Vaclav obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Zurich and in 2002 a Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.) in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.

Vaclav is fluent in Czech, German and English. He is an attorney at law of the Czech Bar Association.
