We provided legal support to an IT company in a major project about providing private customers with regulatory information online.
We advised and represented Volvo Construction Equipment AB in connection with alleged competition law breaches and the infringement of IP rights.
We registered EU and US trademarks for the computer games Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, developed by the Czech company SCS Software s.r.o. Our work included proving the acquired distinctiveness of the Euro Truck Simulator 2 EU trademark.
We advised Stock Polska Sp. z.o.o. on registering trademarks with the Czech Industrial Property Office following the conversion of the European trademark "SASKA" into a Czech national application. This included providing support during the opposition proceedings.
We provide ongoing legal services to a private company developing a strategic project in the area of cannabis and cannabinoid treatment. Our services cover corporate law, IP law, and structuring and drafting contracts with universities, non-profit organisations, for-profit organisations, government research institutions and hi-tech companies.
