PRK Partners Team Advised Enovis Corporation on Sale of 53,000 m2 Industrial Brownfield Near O2 Arena in Prague
PRK Partners team led by Jakub Lichnovsky, partner specialized on infrastructure and industrial projects, real estate and energy consisting of Rudolf Kozusnik, of counsel specialized on real estate, Jana Pekarova, real estate specialist, Robert Reiss and Jan Wagner provided comprehensive legal services to Enovis Corporation in relation to asset deal transaction – sale of 53,000 m2 industrial brownfield (former ČKD compressors) located in a lucrative area near multipurpose O2 arena in between Prague 9 and Prague 8.
PRK Partners as a lead counsel to the seller has been involved in preparation of the site for sale (performing sell-side due diligence, coordinating technical legal audit and other comprehensive services), drafting transaction documentation on asset sale, arranging for various warranty instruments, and extensive negotiation of commercial and legal terms.
