PRK Partners advised J&T Banka (represented by Pavol Martiška) on the EUR 42 million financing provided to Julius Meinl Living Group for the acquisition and redevelopment of a luxury hotel in Berlin, Germany. The financing relates to "The Julius Berlin", a luxury hotel property located on Marburger Strasse in the Charlottenburg district of west-central Berlin, with an expected opening in mid-2028. It will be Julius Meinl Living's first property in Western Europe, following The Julius Prague and further The Julius properties under development in Bucharest and Budapest.
