Comprehensive legal support to long-term client Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. and TAPI Czech Industries s.r.o., from the group of a leading global generic drug manufacturer, in a fundamental reorganization of its corporate structure. The primary objective of this project was to spin off the part of the company focused on the development, production and sale of active pharmaceutical ingredients and plant extracts into a separate business entity.
Advisory to University Hospital Ostrava on a large-scale investment in the reconstruction of healthcare facilities. University Hospital Ostrava is the largest healthcare facility in the Moravian-Silesian Region and belongs to the critical/strategic infrastructure of the region, providing healthcare to approximately 1.2 million inhabitants.
