Promotions at PRK Partners!

We are pleased to announce that our law firm has appointed new associate partners and strengthened the management of our Ostrava office. These steps reflect the long-term contribution of our colleagues, their high level of expertise, and the trust they have built with our clients.

The ranks of Associate Partners now include:

  • Kateřina Hájková: Specialist in corporate and competition law and the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

  • Lenka Konvalinová: Who focuses long-term on dispute resolution, insolvency law, and general corporate advisory.

  • Martina Javorová: Expert in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and the specific field of insurance and reinsurance.

  • Marián Baus: A colleague from our Bratislava office who specializes in M&A, corporate law, and competition law.

At the same time, Kateřina Fritzlová has been appointed to the position of Managing Associate for the Ostrava office. In cooperation with partner Jakub Lichnovský, she ensures the daily operations of the Ostrava office and represents the firm in the region in his absence.
