Nikola Kloudová is an attorney at PRK Partners mostly specialising in corporate law, civil and commercial law, legal disputes, real estate law and regulatory issues.
Nikola graduated from the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava, Slovakia, where she also obtained her doctorate (JUDr.) in 2021. She works in PRK Partners since 2014. As a student, she worked in PRK Partners' Bratislava office. Later she worked in PRK Partners as an associate and since 2022 she is registered in the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney-at-law.
During her practice, Nikola has assisted clients in various legal matters, in particular in area of real estate, corporate and commercial law and dispute resolution. She was involved in representation of clients in international arbitration proceedings under the ICC Arbitration Rules and assisted the arbitrators several arbitration proceedings under the Rules of Arbitration of the Arbitration Court of the Slovak Bar Association and VIAC Rules of Arbitration and Mediation. In area of real estate, she assisted in providing legal advice to clients in connection with preparation and implementation of various development projects, including PPP development projects and projects governed by the FIDIC Yellow Book contract, including administrative proceedings and disputes related thereto.
Nikola is fluent in Slovak and English.
