Nikola Kloudová is an attorney at PRK Partners mostly specialising in corporate law, civil and commercial law, legal disputes, real estate law and regulatory issues.
Nikola graduated from the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava, Slovakia, where she also obtained her doctorate (JUDr.) in 2021. She works in PRK Partners since 2014. As a student she worked in PRK Partners' Bratislava office. Later she worked in PRK Partners as an associate and since 2022 she is registered in the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney-at-law.
Nikola is fluent in Slovak and English.
