Jan Augustin is an attorney at PRK Partners who specializes predominantly in competition law, corporate law and litigation. In respect to the competition law area Jan deals mainly with the retail agenda.

Jan obtained his Master’s degree (Mgr.) and Doctor of Laws degree (JUDr.) from Faculty of Law of Pan-european University in Bratislava. During his studies Jan participated in Erasmus Programme (a student exchange programme organized by the European Union), finishing one semester at the University of Copenhagen – Faculty of Law.

Since joining PRK Partners in 2011, Jan assisted clients from various business sectors, such as food, construction, energy and finance.

Jan is fluent in Slovak and English.
