PRK advised a group of lenders in connection with the refinancing of senior acquisition and revolving facilities worth more than EUR 2 billion

Martin Aschenbrenner (Attorney in the Czech Republic and in New York) and Tomas Vlasak (Attorney in the Czech Republic, Solicitor of England and Wales) advised Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and other lenders in connection with the refinancing of EUR 2,130,000,000 senior acquisition and revolving facilities governed by English law.
PRK Partners advised the clients on the Czech law aspects of transaction documentation, including perfection and enforcement of security, and on a variety of associated regulatory matters. The cross-border transaction involved entities from various jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Germany and Luxembourg.
