PRK Partners advised on the acquisition of CBPI Park Liberec, marking the first real estate transaction by the SK Real Estate Fund outside Slovakia. CBPI Park Liberec consists of three modern Class A buildings with a total leasable area of 38,300 m². The park is fully leased and has achieved BREEAM Excellent certification. We are proud to be part of the team of international advisors to the buyer, Erste Asset Management GmbH, with support of ERSTE Immobilien KAG and cooperate on this significant real estate acquisition in the Czech Republic with the team of TPA Czech Republic, OTEREA and the team of the seller CB Property Investors. PRK Partners’ team was led by Václav Bílý with support of Roman Pečenka, Martina Javorová, Marián Baus and other members of PRK Partners.

PRK Partners advised J&T Banka (represented by Pavol Martiška) on the EUR 42 million financing provided to Julius Meinl Living Group for the acquisition and redevelopment of a luxury hotel in Berlin, Germany. The financing relates to "The Julius Berlin", a luxury hotel property located on Marburger Strasse in the Charlottenburg district of west-central Berlin, with an expected opening in mid-2028. It will be Julius Meinl Living's first property in Western Europe, following The Julius Prague and further The Julius properties under development in Bucharest and Budapest.
