Major step in the development of outdoor advertising media market
PRK Partners provided comprehensive legal advice to BB global acting as a buyer in the acquisition of a 60% share in BigBoard Praha. The team led by Partner Martin Aschenbrenner, together with Associate Partner Jan Ditrych and Attorney Natálie Cmíralová, provided legal services in the acquisition, in which BB global purchased a 60% share in the largest billboard operator in the Czech Republic, BigBoard Praha, from the JOJ Media House group.
