Sebastian is an attorney with PRK Partners specializing in litigation, civil and commercial law, and compliance.
Sebastian earned his Master’s degree from Trnava University’s Faculty of Law in 2016. He spent 2015 in the Erasmus program at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg. He began working at PRK Partners in 2012 as a student and as an assistant after completing his studies. Sebastian was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in 2021.
He provides legal advice to domestic and foreign clients, especially in litigation. Sebastián also represents a major insurer in more than 100 cases at various courts across Slovakia. He regularly produces memoranda and positions about questions of civil and commercial law or special legal modifications in Slovak law.
