Bezvavlasy, the second largest hair products retailer in the Czech Republic with shares traded on the START market of the Prague Stock Exchange, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Hair Servis Group, a major distributor of leading hair products brands.

Public Procurement / Real Estate

The Czech Centers (formerly the Office of the Commissioner General for the Czech Republic's participation in the Universal World Expo) on (i) a competition for a proposal for a complete architectural, design and conceptual solution and exhibition of the Czech national pavilion at the next World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan and (ii) the organisation of the tender procedure for the construction of the pavilion, which included negotiations with Japanese bidders - construction companies.
