ENGIE Services a.s. in relation to tax due diligence and structuring of the acquisition of a facility management company, MAKRO on the Czech account and tax aspects of a demerger of real estate from the retail chain operating company or ADESTO Technologies Corporation, In. on the taxation of share program benefits implemented in the Czech Republic.

We provided comprehensive legal advice to the Czech company GoOut (now PLG Czech Republic) on a major acquisition of 100% of Ticketstream. The acquisition significantly strengthens our client's position as one of the key players in the market. GoOut (now PLG Czech Republic) is backed by the Estonian group AS Piletilevi, operating under the PLG brand.

Advising RWE, Germany's largest electricity producer, on the sale of its subsidiary RWE Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o. (now Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o.) to the state electricity transmission system operator ČEPS, a.s. Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o. is the largest gas storage operator in the Czech Republic with six underground facilities and a total working capacity of more than 2.7 billion m³.
