Czech and Slovak legal advisory to XXXLutz Deutschland group in the acquisition of the Porta group. XXXLutz is the second largest furniture retailer in Germany and through the transaction acquired an additional 140 furniture stores in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Comprehensive legal support to long-term client Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. and TAPI Czech Industries s.r.o., from the group of a leading global generic drug manufacturer, in a fundamental reorganization of its corporate structure. The primary objective of this project was to spin off the part of the company focused on the development, production and sale of active pharmaceutical ingredients and plant extracts into a separate business entity.

Advisory to University Hospital Ostrava on a large-scale investment in the reconstruction of healthcare facilities.
