XXXII. Conference Karlovy Vary Legal Days

On Thursday, June 12th, the three-day marathon of the XXXII. Conference Karlovy Vary Legal Days begins. As part of the conference program, a number of personalities from the field of law will lecture at the Karlovy Vary Hotel Thermal.

During the morning hours on Saturday in the first block, Of Counsel for PRK Partners Bratislava Kristián Csach will speak, the subject of his presentation will be "Restrictability and conditionality of transfer of business shares/stocks according to their type and rights associated with them". Associate Partner Michal Sylla will also participate in the event on our behalf.
