Using Artificial Intelligence Methods and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Techniques to Optimize Agenda Performance in Resolving Road Traffic Offences

PRK Partners, together with the Charles University Faculty of Mathematics and Physics (MFF UK), received funding from the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TAČR) for their two-year project, "Using Artificial Intelligence Methods and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Techniques to Optimize Agenda Performance in Resolving Road Traffic Offences". PRK is serving as the project's coordinator.

The project will work on developing tools to meet two objectives: (i) increase law enforcement related to road traffic offences; and (ii) improve citizens' access to proceedings for resolving misdemeanours. Our project will help achieve this by combining modern techniques of law, mathematics and machine learning. The project outputs will support the long-term transformation of the current state of the road transport agenda, particularly in larger cities across the Czech Republic. The professional guarantor of our project is the Magistrate of the Capital City of Prague.
