The employment-law team of PRK Partners successfully represented its client, Bochemie a.s., a leading chemical manufacturing company, in a dispute about the invalidity of a notice of termination against a former employee who was a member of the company’s top management.
The PRK Partners team assumed representation after the first-instance court delivered a judgment that went against the client. In appellate proceedings, however, the court reversed the previous decision in the client’s favour. PRK Partners subsequently successfully defended this ruling in the appellate review procedure before the Supreme Court.
