Tomas Janosko is an attorney at PRK Partners specializing in corporate law, energy law, real estate law and general contract law.
Tomas joined PRK Partners in 2016 as a student of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. After earning his master's degree he continued at the firm as an associate, gaining valuable experience primarily in advising on projects, energy and corporate matters. Since 2023, Tomas has been working with PRK Partners as an attorney.
In 2017, he studied in Finland at the University of Helsinki under the Erasmus+ programme, while he also completed a short secondment at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., the Finnish member of Lex Mundi, working with teams covering real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law.
In 2019, Tomas moved to New York for several months to take up an internship at the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the United Nations in New York. During his internship, Tomas gained valuable experience with international law, diplomacy and the operation of international organizations in general, while making use of the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and develop soft skills which are becoming increasingly important for the provision of legal services.
As a member of the PRK Partners team, Tomas is a regular contributor to the Chambers Alternative Energy & Power publication, Doing business in the Czech Republic, and was also engaged in the preparation of the Czech input for the Energy Investment Risk Assessment 2019 publication.
Tomas is fluent in Czech and English and has a basic working knowledge of Spanish.
