We represented a major Austrian development company in insolvency proceedings and the restructuring of hotel operating group.
We helped a client in connection with the construction of infrastructure (hot water lines) as part of a development project.
We advised SKANSKA on several infrastructure projects, represented the company in court proceedings and negotiated the terms of a settlement agreement relating to the construction of a tunnel in Slovakia.
We helped a consortium of bidders prepare and file a request to participate in a Czech PPP project for the construction of segments of the D4 highway.
We advised Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG on the financing of a real-estate portfolio comprising the companies CTP Teplice I, CTP Property II, CTP Brno III, CTP Brno IV and CTP Invest IX.
