Petra is an attorney with PRK Partners specializing in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. In connection with her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, she also focuses on financial law, in particular tax law.
Petra’s recent mandates have included advising start-ups on investor entry, as well as participating in a range of projects, notably in the segment of domestic M&A and corporate law.
Petra earned her Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2022. She was admitted to the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law in 2026. In 2019 she joined PRK Partners.
In addition to her native Czech, Petra is fluent in English.
