We provided assistance to ASENTAL, one of the largest private commercial land portfolio holders, in a brownfield project to create a strategic industrial zone to be known as Barbora near the town of Havířov in northern Moravia.
We provided assistance to SEGRO, a leading European owner-manager and developer of modern big-box and urban warehousing parks, with respect to the structuring of a new development project in the Czech Republic – the expansion of a logistics park in Hostivice u Prahy.
We assisted a local government authority in connection with the structuring and negotiation of a large residential development project in Prague, advising the client on how best to protect the public interest.
We assisted Raiffeisenbank a.s. in connection with the initial bank financing of its CPI portfolio, which included a large number of regional retail parks.
We helped a client acquire four commercial and office buildings in Prague in a distressed sale, during an ongoing execution initiated by the financing bank of the seller.
