PRK Partners advised Rémy Cointreau Group – one of the biggest distributors of alcohol products in the CEE region – and their lead counsel in this transaction, the German law firm Luther, on Czech and Slovak aspects of the sale of their Czech and Slovak distribution network to the German liquor producer Mast-Jägermeister.
