Veronika Romanova is an attorney at PRK Partners specialising in labour law, personal data protection and corporate law.
Veronika graduated from the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava, where she also obtained the title of JUDr. in 2012. Veronika has been working at PRK Partners since 2008. As a student, she worked in PRK Partners offices in Bratislava and Prague, where, during her studies, she concurrently completed a study programme at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2009–2010. Since 2014, she has been registered as an attorney-at-law with the Slovak Bar Association. Veronika is also a member of the Employment Law Association.
Within her legal practice, Veronika provides clients with comprehensive employment law advice – from day-to-day support to HR teams, through assistance with negotiations, collective bargaining and collective redundancies, to employment law aspects of corporate restructurings and transfers of undertakings. She has experience with company liquidations, including in the role of liquidator. She is also involved in comprehensive projects aimed at aligning company processes and documentation with legal requirements in personal data protection and artificial intelligence, including handling related ad hoc matters.
She speaks fluent Slovak and English.
