PRK Partners provided comprehensive legal advice to a group of renowned Czech banks - Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka, PPF banka, UniCredit Bank and J&T Banka - in the largest corporate bond issuance on the Czech market. The team of attorneys, led by Partner Martin Aschenbrenner, assisted the lead co-managers in the issuance of secured and publicly offered bonds in the total amount of CZK 10 billion, issued by the dynamically growing domestic defense and engineering group CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP.
