Representation of founders in the sale of Taikun Cloud

PRK Partners provided comprehensive legal advice to the founders on the sale of the Taikun startup to Cloudera, an American company belonging to the portfolio of the large investment group KKR.
The team led by Partner Martin Kříž, in cooperation with Attorney Marián Baus and Attorney Zuzana Koudelová, provided representation in the successful transaction, which represents a significant milestone in the field of technological innovation.
The startup, founded by Adam Skotnický and specializing in simplifying the deployment of cloud applications using Kubernetes, will expand Cloudera's global capabilities in data technology and AI, while also establishing a new European development center in Prague.
