PRK Partners’ TMT practice and its leading partner, Michal Matejka, recognized in the newly released Chambers Europe Guide 2022

Under the lead of the partner Michal Matejka PRK Partners’ TMT department improves its rankings and Michal Matejka himself receives a recognition as the leading individual in this practice in the Czech Republic by the international law firms rating agency Chambers and Partners.

Michal Matejka and his team have been cooperating with Czech universities on several innovative projects in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and online dispute resolution (ODR). The team often advises innovative technology start-ups active on the market and has participated in a number of novel projects such as creation of an ethical and legally robust digital system for the distribution of strategic materials during crises, a fully digital real estate agency or a real estate transactional tool ORKIST.

Michal Matejka is a recognized expert for domain dispute resolution in UDRP proceedings and .cz domain disputes with the Czech Arbitration Court. In addition to his professional career, he regularly gives lectures on ICT and IP law at universities and he is the author of various specialist publications and articles on topics in TMT practice areas.
