PRK Partners provided legal advice to Prague’s Thomayer University Hospital on developing a gender equality plan
At the end of 2023, PRK Partners provided legal advice to Thomayer University Hospital (FTN) in Prague on the development of a Gender Equality Plan (GEP).
The firm’s advisory was comprised of an analysis and assessment of the current measures fostering gender equality and drafting of the plan. According to Jitka Soukupová, Deputy Director for Science, Research, Teaching and International Affairs, by introducing the GEP the hospital has reaffirmed its awareness and responsibility regarding gender equality as one of the fundamental social values, which has also manifested itself in the form of obtaining grants and other support from public sources.
