PRK Partners provided comprehensive legal services to Electrostar Group
PRK Partners provided comprehensive legal services to Electrostar Group, a German electronics manufacturer under brand name Starmix with a history back to the early twenty's of the 20th century, in connection with establishment of the client's operations in the Czech Republic.
PRK Partners in particular assisted the client with the acquisition of an industrial site of almost 20,000 sqm in Pilsen Region. This transaction included not only direct acquisition and lease-back of a part of the site, but also a call option for another part of the said industrial site, totalling an investment of approx. EUR 6,500,000. PRK Partner's assistance included an in-depth due diligence of the site, preparation and negotiation of the entire transaction documentation (asset purchase agreement, lease agreement, call option agreement and escrow agreement), as well as advice on financing of the acquisition and corporate matters towards establishment of its Czech subsidiaries, including obtaining trade licenses for them. The transaction was successfully closed in the first quarter of 2023.
