PRK Partners provided comprehensive legal advisory to GLEEDS ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA, s.r.o. with respect to a Consultancy Services Agreement (FIDIC White Book), based on which GLEEDS will provide project management services for the reconstruction and extension of regional airports in the Republic of Senegal. The general contractor is the Czech company TRANSCON ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, spol. s r.o. The project, with a total value over EUR 151 mil., is the largest Czech project realized in Africa in the last 50 years.
