Online dispute resolution (ODR) legislation and new projects - the nature of the regulation and the environment

PRK Partners and Masaryk University is organizing the 5th annual online conference on specific topics of online dispute resolution (ODR). This venue is co-organized as part of Cyberspace conference (Masaryk University in Brno, Czechia) and ODR Cyberweek (US).

Presentations on ODR legislation and new ODR projects from Argentine (Alberto Elisavetsky), Czechia (Zbynek Loebl), England (Pablo Cortes), EU (Pavel Loutocky, Andrej Kristofik), Ireland (Brian Hutchinson) and The Netherlands (Laura Kistemaker).

The focus of the presentations will be the ODR legislation (both existing and under preparation) and new ODR projects in that jurisdiction. Do the laws influence the nature of ODR projects or not? If yes, can we say how? Presentations will be followed by discussion.
