Law firm PRK Partners provides comprehensive legal advice to UniCredit Bank on issue of secured bonds by FINEP BARRANDOV ZÁPAD

The bonds are secured by a financial guarantee from the parent company, FINEP HOLDING SE, and are intended to finance a development project valued up to CZK 420 million. 

Partner Martin Aschenbrenner led the PRK Partners team, in cooperation with Senior Attorney Jan Ditrych.

"The bonds will bear a fixed yield determined under market conditions before the issue date, which is expected in March 2021", said Štěpán Havlas, chief financial officer of the FINEP Group, commenting on the bond issue in February. "The issuer of these secured bonds will be FINEP BARRANDOV ZÁPAD k.s., from the FINEP Group, which already successfully issued bonds in 2016 and duly repaid them in June 2020. The Lead Manager will offer the bonds primarily to professionally customers. The nominal value of one bond is set at
CZK 3 million."
