Forbes: PRK Partners among the TOP 5 most successful law firms
According to Forbes magazine, PRK Partners is one of the TOP 5 largest law firms in terms of revenue. In addition to this prestigious award, PRK Partners has ranked among the TOP Lawyers in Business in two of the five categories - Banking and Finance and Litigation. Five areas of law that are particularly important to businesses were evaluated, with Forbes focusing on the transactions and cases the firm handled in each respective area.
In the area of Banking and Finance, the law firm primarily handled the financing solution for the acquisition of Mining Solutions, advised UniCredit Bank and Komerční banka on the financing of the development in Smíchov worth hundreds of millions of crowns, and successfully represented ČD Cargo in obtaining a loan worth more than three billion Czech crowns.
