Five Guys in Central Europe

With legal support from PRK Partners, a franchise of the American restaurant chain Five Guys has been successfully negotiated, leading to the opening of their fast-casual restaurants across Central Europe. PRK Partners participated primarily in establishing and setting up the corporate structure and other legal aspects related to ensuring a strong market presence and business in the region. The PRK Partners team was led by Partner Jakub Lichnovsky in cooperation with attorneys at law Jan Kromer and Tomas Vlasak. PRK Partners cooperated with Austrian law firm Binder Grösswang on this mandate.The first Central European restaurant opened its doors on 25 January 2021 in central Vienna, on the illustrious Graben, where people waited in long queues to be the first to eat the famed burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes. More restaurants are planned open in the region soon.
