Transport & Logistics
The transport and logistics sector is growing in both size and complexity. We stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes in the industry. This enables us to advise our clients on current best practices.
We understand the regulations and international aspects of transport and logistics, and we can work with major transport services in all relevant legal areas, including employment law, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, financing, anti-trust and competition law and real-estate development. PRK helped build airports and other major transport infrastructure and we regularly advise investors and businesses on how to pursue financially advantageous opportunities.
