Marian Baus is an attorney at PRK Partners specialising, particularly, in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and competition law.
Marian obtained a Master’s degree (Mgr.) in law from the University of Trnava in 2008 and a Doctorate degree (JUDr.) from the same university in 2011. He was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney at law in 2012.
Since joining PRK Partners in 2008, Marian has advised local and international clients on a variety of trade and competition aspects of their business activities in the Slovak Republic. Marian’s main areas of practice include, in particular, general corporate law, commercial law and competition law (mergers of competitors, cartels, misuse of dominant position).
Marian is fluent in Slovak and English.
