PRK Partners at the largest residential transaction of 2026!

We are pleased to announce that our law firm provided comprehensive legal advice to developer group SATPO in the acquisition of an extensive residential portfolio in the Prague housing estate of Písnice. SATPO is working closely with investment group WOOD & Company on this exceptional project.

This is the largest residential real estate transaction in the Czech Republic to date in 2026. The subject of this large-scale acquisition from investment group CIB GROUP was:

• 16 residential buildings with 760 apartments
• land in the immediate vicinity of the planned metro line D station Písnice, offering extraordinary potential for future revitalisation and development of the entire area.

Our legal support covered a complete transaction service. We assisted the client from the initial due diligence phase and competition law analysis, through the preparation of complete transaction documentation and securing acquisition financing, to setting up the joint venture structure with WOOD & Company and structuring the newly established WOOD & Company City – OPF fund, which is the new owner of the project.

This complex transaction was successfully completed by a large team of our experts led by partner Robert Nemec. The joint venture structure was prepared by partner Martin Kriz.
