ODR Track 22: Preparing, Designing and Implementing Digital Courts in Europe
ODR Track is annual online only conference and discussion forum organized by PRK Partners and Masaryk University Brno and dedicated to questions of e-justice and online dispute resolution (ODR). This year’s topic is Sharing experiences from existing online courts and preparatory projects in Europe, comparative discussion with other parts of the world.
Top presenters from 10+ European countries, including representatives of Lex Mundi member law firms from Estonia (Ellex Raidla) Latvia (Ellex Klavins), Lithuania (Ellex Valiunas) and the Czech Republic (PRK Partners) will discuss about the preparation of online courts in their respective countries. We will be joined by ODR experts from China as our special speaker-guests. After a round of brief presentations we will have a discussion with active participation of e-justice ODR community from all over the world.
