Katerina has been a member of PRK Partners’ Ostrava office since 2009. During her legal practice she has specialized in real estate law, general commercial law, dispute resolution and employment law matters.

Katerina has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market not just in the Moravian-Silesian Region, but also throughout Central Europe. Since 2011 she has regularly participated in real estate fairs, including EXPO REAL in Munich, Germany, and MIPIM in Cannes, France. Her real estate background includes preparation and review of contractual documentation, negotiations with competent authorities and participation in meetings with client representatives. Katerina further provides legal advice on construction law and development projects.

In her labour and employment law practice, Katerina has repeatedly taken part in collective bargaining negotiations. She has extensive experience in labour-law related matters.

Katerina is fluent in Czech and English.
