Eva Hromadkova is an attorney at PRK Partners specialising in corporate law, commercial law and banking and finance.
Eva holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Comenius University, and an LL.M. degree in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law in New York, N.Y. (USA). She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2005 and to the Slovak Bar Association in 2017.
Prior to joining PRK Partners in 2011, she worked at a securities law firm in New York, N.Y. for over four years, where she gained valuable international experience.
Eva is fluent in Slovak and English.
