PRK Partners advised SCS Software s.r.o., a large Czech software and online games developer, on all legal aspects of relocating its Prague headquarters to a completely new building from leading Czech developer Passerinvest Group: The Roztyly Plaza project. This transaction was allegedly the largest office relocation in Prague in the past three years.
Our work included not only negotiation of a future lease agreement together with the lease agreement, but also all contracts involving third-party consultants such as architects and technical advisors, as well as renegotiation of the client’s existing lease in order to ensure a smooth relocation. The PRK Partners team was led by Partner Roman Pecenka and included associates Kristyna Faltynkova and Karolina Kresova.
