Jiří Šarmír

Jiří is an attorney-at-law in continuous cooperation with PRK Partners, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, civil and administrative law.

Jiří earned his master’s degree (Mgr.) in 2022 from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. He has been with PRK Partners since 2020, first as a legal student, later as an associate, and finally, since 2026, when he was enrolled in the Register of Attorneys maintained by the Czech Bar Association, as an attorney-at-law.

In addition to his native Czech, Jiří has a working knowledge of English.
