A PRK Partners team composed of Roman Pečenka, partner, and Illia Antonov, attorney, prepared the acquisition of investment properties in Prague worth approximately CZK 150 million for a foreign private investor. The preparation of this "share deal" transaction (acquisition of a group of companies owning real properties) included due diligence of legal titles to the companies and properties, structuring and drafting of contractual documentation and assistance in closing the transaction, including the registration of ownership rights.
